This workout guide calls for 3 rounds, however, I was only able to do 2 rounds, but still added a little bit of weight. 10 push ups, 20 sit ups, 25 squats, 20 lunges (10 per leg) 80 jumping jacks, (Which I do for a minute) and 60 sec wall sit.
