Your life is busy. In order to get it all in, you've got to make things short and sweet. Grab some hefty weights and do this total body circuit 2 times through without stopping. You'll get the best of both worlds (strength and cardio) and you'll still have enough time to get to all those e-mails. Do the max amount of reps for each exercise. Exercises that are 2 minutes long require you to do 1 side for 1min then switch sides.
