Round 1 is a superset. Do 10 lunges on each leg for a total of 20. Complete 5-10 rounds. Round 2 is a superset. Do 10 lunges on each leg for a total of 20. Complete 5-10 rounds. Round 3 is all core work. The 1st set of oblique crunches complete on side then your next 20 seconds will be your other side. 3-5 sets. Rest 30 seconds after every completed set.
