So I've been doing this on my own lately but thought maybe other people would want to try it with me. So the challenge is to do at least 200 push-ups a day. It doesn't have to be all at once either. I usually do mine in 5 sets of 40 push-ups throughout the day. I want to see if anyone, along with myself, make any noticeable physical changes over time. This will definitely improve your mood and build your arm and chest muscles!
