Needed a partner and couldnt find one, im antisocial so making friends isnt easy, im frim california so i need to be in shape and ready for anything to happen, need challenges here, i suppose we can start with 20 pushups and 20 sit ups back to back for a full 5 minutes. Anybody want the challenge?
Sure of coarse you can do this workout anywhere. Its just a starting workout but to keep it challenging, please put how many push ups and sit ups you did, thanks.
