I just took a look at this website.  I would say avoid it!!

A lot of things strike a nerve with me on this website, but whatever.

Based on what I see from other user reviews. It's just hiit wo's and circuit training routines. Nothing you can't do without skimble or youtube. So save your money.

All the so called "mistakes" for starters. Really, isolating a muscle will not give you results.... *smh*
