Hei, u was wondering if anyone k own if the programs in this app do give results? Do they actually do what the titles say they will?

Any program depends on the work you put into it. That being said there are lots of short workouts here that won't deliver the miracle results they claim. Try them out and find what works for your body!!

This app for me is the only way to do exercises...by myself I don't do nothing
