I have a lil over a year to lose my belly fat or tone it up for a wedding, anyone know of any exercises that actually work the stomach, thighs, and butt lol
Cardio is great. Also u can't target but thinking will help tighten n burn more n end. Plie squats is good for thighs. Or side lunges. Tummy crunches. But if too much pressure on back try leg lifts laying down n lifting legs has great. I believe better. Butt . squats, lifting back legs towards butt
