How do you record the weight used rather than just heavy etc?
I am making my own workout at the gym, using machines etc and want to be able to chart the weigjt used each session.
Hi Ken, when you start a workout, while the controls overlay is visible tap on the '+' with a piece of paper behind it icon (upper right of the screen to the left of the settings button). This will let you record your actual weights used for each exercise in the workout and see your progress across sessions. Let me know if you have any more questions!
