I wamt to work out more but want to do it without tools, i want to train with my own bodyweight and some simple things i can find around the house. Does anybody have a program i can follow?!?
Whenever they say to use light dumbbells, I'll use water bottles. You can change the weight with what you put in it (water, sand, rocks). For heavier weights, use gallon jugs. Might be able to use cushions or a chair instead of balance ball.
