Hey guys,

I was in class today scrolling through the app and I found part of the appp that lists a bunch off different muscles, it highlights them for you and when you click on that muscle it brings up workouts and stretches for that specific muscle. But now I can't seem to find where that was in the app. Can somebody point me in the direction of where to find it cause I loved it. Thankyou!!

Go into exercises, then select muscles.

I don't have an android so I'm not sure if it's any different than what I have. But it's in the home section where you go into workouts,programs, forums etc.

It's the top left icon beside topic hit it twice exercises will be below scroll left to find muscle groups

Still having trouble finding it? I don't know what icon you mean beside topic? Sorry for being an idiot

At very top of this page there's a hexagon with an 's' click that back button twice you'll see exercises with setting click exercises
