I have started workouts one week ago, in the same time i was eating healthy food, but when i took my weight this week i realised that i gained some extra weight instead of losing it. Is it normal? Please advise me Im really disappointed. 😒🙍😞
2. You just ate to much. You can eat as healthy you want but if you eat 5000 cals its allways going to be 5000 cals and you Will put on weight :) you know what i'm saying?
Evan is right! Muscle weighs more than fat. If you feel better and feel healthier and fitter, that is all that matters. If you think you were eating more, it's probably because you upped your metabolism by working out more!
