Someone asked me a while back,how i cooked my meals that i sometimes post.Well, Ive been cooking my wings by broiling them in the oven. About 25 mins per side. My local grocer carries a bag of flats(which are my faves!), I usually defrost and wash them, before spraying them with olive oil and laying them on a rack(with a pan underneath to catch any extra drainage). Once they've broiled to a crispy tecture, i take them out and season them.

I love wings to...I usually do mine in the smoker and season them when they are done.
