I am thinking about pancakes for breakfast and turkey sausages. Here is the recipe for the pancakes.
one scoop protein powder
2 eggs
Blend it and pour in your skillet.....remember to flip lol
I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein. one scoop has 26 grams protein, 2 grams of sugar, 2 grams fat. I like it because I can have pancakes and even Faux bread. Without getting flour. I gain weight when I have anything with wheat flour. Also the recipe I posted is wrong. to make the pancakes it should say: 1 egg and 1 scoop whey protein powder. If you go shopping be sure to read the nutrition label, because there can be tons of fat in sugar in some of them. Protein powder is not good if it is used as a meal replacement, but it can compliment things. With the pancakes I usually have fresh fruit with them.
