Jump your feet back up to the bells, and row the bells to your ribcage, lower them back to the floor, clean the kettlebells to a rack position. Lastly, perform a thruster (a squat to an overhead press). Lower the bells back down between your feet & repeat. Use a weight that you can press with good form.
