EXCELLENT. Intensified using Level 5 (of 9)- mod hard. Plus added 2 -15lb kettlebells, each hand. Overhead lifts, etc. Great little challenge. These short sessions were fasted. Getting ready to eat, starting with homemade vegan protein shake. 👍🏽😎🤩
