I lifted today, focused on upper body. I did my own routine and didn't have the time to search out and post every exercise on here :P. That happens often lol. I have discovered that this app is very helpful..but can also be a time consuming process, so unless I am doing an actual "skimnle routine",I probably won't be posting as much...but I'm still working hard 😊✌💪🏋️‍♀️🚵‍♀️🏊‍♀️

I know the feeling. I haven’t liked a lot of the workouts here for some time but continue to use the app for logging activities and for some workouts. It would be nice to have more weight based/rep based workouts.

I improvised a lot bc I messed up the reps on this app and couldn't find some of the workouts. For deadlifts I alternate between normal,sumo and Romanian. About 40 reps each. Finishing with 50 reps of 60 lb regular and sumo squats...also not included in the workout
