Did warmup, stretch, crossfit, then cooldown and stretch. Subbed 250 row w/ 25 sumo deadlift highpulls. 4 rounds in 15 min. Feel great.

Changed a few of the movements to reflect muscle groups that need to be warm for my workout. Never do abs before strength workouts that require stabilization.
