1st. Hold V Up position. Have two dumbbells as pictured above. Have both feet together, hovering to the left of the dumbbell. 2nd. Move your right foot to the middle of the dumbbells. Follow with your left foot while not touching your feet to the ground. 3rd. Move you right foot to the outside of the dumbbell to your right. Follow with your left foot. 4th. Bring you feet back home by reversing the steps above. That's 1 rep!
