1st. Start with DBs on the sides while laying on your back with feet and head, not touching the ground. 2nd. Bring right knee up while crunching towards it. Also, bring the DBs together by your hamstrings during the crunch. Return back to starting position. 3rd. Bring left knee up while crunching towards it. Also, bring the DBs together by your hamstrings during the crunch. Return back to starting position. 4th. Bring both knees up while crunching towards them with your head. Bring both DBs together while doing the crunch. Return to start.
