This is a "hit it and quit it" style workout. That means 1 set and no repeating exercises. Sometimes we just want to kill it and be done with it, right?! The only equipment you'll need is a jump rope. If you don't have one, no sweat, I've got a pretend one you can borrow...there it is to the left of you. Have fun and enjoy the ride!
