The Obliques are a group of muscles that offer support with twisting motions and lateral flexion of the trunk. When overlooked, they can cause serious back pain. We need our spine to be able to twist, flex, and bend - this quick workout is an ode to just that. Thank you Obliques for keeping us stable and strong!
