This exercise is to be performed on a 20-25mm edge at bodyweight. All hangs
must be done in a comfortable arm position but less than 90 degrees of flexion. Complete one set in each grip position making 4 sets in total.
Set 1; 4 finger half crimp. Set 2; Back 3 half crimp. Set 3; Front 3 half crimp. Set 4; Open front 3 drag.
