POMP Skater is a 12-class program inspired by roller derby. It synthesizes the benefits of participation in derby by combining balance and agility work into one-minute intervals of cardio-intensive resistance training. Emphasis is on form and functional mobility, and minimal equipment is required. Each class should be followed by the Cool-Down Flow. For best results, perform each workout more than once, by cycling through the series at least twice.
