A two sport national championship competitor (BMX and Alpine Skiing) I've had access to many of the countries best athletic trainers. I developed a passion for competition and fitness at an early age. I take a whole body approach to training, while trying to identify muscle imbalances. My love of running in the mountains has taken me on numerous ultramarathons. If you run on trails, strength training is Paramount to performance and injury prevention. 40+ ultramarathons 20+ marathons Run
