나에 대해

My journey into the fitness industry started when I was 16 years old. My main reason for starting was to get stronger, faster, become more athletic for my sport and also just to stay fit, healthy and in good shape. Now i am at that level of athleticism but i am still working on myself to be better becuase hard work beat talent when talent doesn't work. My main reason for becoming a personal trainer was to encourage people that it is possible to live a healthy active lifestyle and helping people achieve that makes me happy.
