I am current student at Florida Atlantic University working on a B.A. I graduated as Salutatorian and CPT in high school by May 2016. I am advocate for great health and awareness. I believe that college students should not feel discouraged if they cant find time for the gym, there are plenty of exercises that can be done at home or in the dorm without the use of workout equpiment.
