설명

Both Partners, begin in full plank positions facing each other. Optionally drop your knees to do this exercise in kneeling plank. Take one hand, followed by the other, and drop yourself down to elbow plank position. Return back to full plank position one arm at a time. At the top, give your partner a low high five! Keep going, alternating the hand for your high fives.
