Oh I also did that run without having any sleep within the last 24 hrs! Now I'm just plain wore out and need to crash!
Man GOD is awesome! Only he could have created a day like today in the middle of February, low 60's and nothing but sun! Got to run in shorts and short sleeve shirt felt wonderful! Had a good run with no mishaps, only thing was few portions of the trail were flooded over from the last 4 days of rain earlier this week. Note to self: Need to bring your time down to 1hr. To be prepared for the North Face run in October!! Praise GOD!!
