Hello and welcome to my Pre-Calisthenics programme, please ensure you dont brake sets, or you will not be ready for my Calisthenics programme, if broken repeat week. Saturday and Sundays are rest days however you can do cardio. Please check each routines as it has information on weighted exercises, Thank-you & Goodluck!
