Motivation & Support / First work out... im sore :(

Did my first 30min work out and my legs cramped up HAHAHA now i feel like ima die and probably wont do it again tomorrow. Not my legs anyway lol anything that'll help ease the pain while i enjoy another round of pain tomorrow lol

Plenty of water and stretching. Also light cardio at the end like a light jog or fast walk on a machine helps move enzymes to promote recovery
